Renee revealed that she sometimes does not even look at her phone before six at night. Even during the pandemic, she preferred not to kill time on her phone. Instead, she spent her time amidst nature. She was outside every day with her shovel and bucket.
Previously, the two-time Oscar winner opened up about taking an acting break. She was away from Hollywood from 2010 to 2019. She revealed that staying away from the spotlight helped her foster creativity.
She revealed that she felt a need to prioritize her mental health during that time. She said she wasn’t doing well mentally, and the acting break was vital for her. Acting took a toll on her, and she forgot to take care of herself.
She had professional therapy during that time. She is grateful to her therapist for helping her navigate heavy emotions during a difficult phase in her life.
